ABSTRACT:
A connecting bus bar12is formed from a negative opposing section27which is smaller in thickness than a closed end of a bottomed cylinder13, partially has a negative weld plate section27ato be welded to the closed end of a bottomed cylinder13, and opposes the closed end of the bottomed cylinder13; a positive opposing section28which is smaller in thickness than a seal plate14, partially has a positive weld plate section28ato be welded to the seal plate14, and opposes the seal plates14; and the coupling section29for connecting together the negative opposing section27and the positive opposing section28. The connecting bus bar12is formed such that the connecting bus bar12, which excludes the negative weld plate section27aand the positive weld plate section28a, becomes lower in thickness than a thinner one of the closed end of the bottomed cylinder13and the seal plate14.
