ABSTRACT:
Conjugates of transferrin or ceruloplasmin with anti-tumour agents. Such conjugates are useful in the treatment of tumours. Suitable anti-tumour agents include adriamycin, daunomycin, methotrexate, vincristin, 6-mercaptopurine, cytosine arabinoside and cyclophosphamide. Transferrin or ceruloplasmin in preferably coupled to the anti-tumour agent by means of glutaraldehyde.
