ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a concrete joint sealant which is composed of a coal tar mainly consisting of a distillate obtained at up to 350.degree. C., vinyl chloride resin, coal pitch and a mixture of plasticizers, i.e., dioctyl phthalate and dioctyl adipate.
