ABSTRACT:
A time sharable run-time resource utilization controller and a method of processing information including a scheduling device for receiving and accumulating a number of utilization request signals for assigning a time slot for the beginning and the end of each utilization. One or more address locations would be allocated for each of the utilizations. A formatting device would determine the internal format of each of the utilizations.
