The invention relates to new diphenylurea having the formula (I)or a salt thereof, whereY is C═O, C═S, C═NH, (C═O)2or SO2;and to processes for the preparation of these compounds and to their use in the treatment of protozoal diseases and to diseases where the inhibition of intracellular protein-degradation pathways is of benefit.
