ABSTRACT:
An upper die7that is fixed to a ram4dof a press machine1includes a forming punch9for conducting drawing, forming and listing, upper die-side cutting edges13afor conducting trimming, and flat-face piercing punches11for conducting flat-face piercing, to respectively a work W in cooperation with a lower die8. The lower die8is provided with a forming die12corresponding to the upper die7, and a large piercing die14, lower die-side cutting edges8eand a flat-face piercing die8awhich are disposed at the forming die12. A side-face working apparatus17, including a rotating base18and a reciprocating base19, is disposed at the side of the lower die8to conduct side-face press working to a side-face portion3gof the work W jointly with the lower die8.
