The new compound 3-(1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-1,3-dimethyl-2,6-Dioxopurine-7-acetyl-8-(2-phenyleth yl)-1-oxa-3,8-diazaspiro-(4,5)decan-2-one and the process of preparation are described.
