ABSTRACT:
Gurmarin containing compositions are useful for the treatment of diabetes. Glucose metabolism in a human patient is regulated by gurmarin-containing dosage forms that contain optionally a non-metabolizable polysaccharide such as the exudate ofSterculia urens.
