ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to substituted tetrahydrofurfuryl aminoesters. The novel tetrahydrofurfuryl dialkyl aminoesters are represented by the formula ##EQU1## in which R is a member of the group formed by the 2-naphthyl, 2-naphthyl substituted in the 6-position with alkoxy and 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1-naphthyl radicals. The addition salts with the therapeutically acceptable acids, the starting and intermediate products of these aminoesters, also form the subject of the invention.
The novel aminoesters and their salts, endowed with peripheral and cerebral vasodilatory properties, are of particular interest in human therapeutics.
