ABSTRACT:
The polyamide resin composition of the invention comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyamide resin (A) and from 5-200 parts by weight of a graft-modified ethylene/.alpha.-olefin random copolymer (B) which is obtained by graft-modifying an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin random copolymer of ethylene and an .alpha.-olefin of 6 to 20 carbon atoms with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative and has a graft quantity of 0.01 to 10% by weight. The graft-modified ethylene/.alpha.-olefin random copolymer (B) is a graft-modified product of an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin random copolymer having an .alpha.-olefin content of from 6 to 25% by mole and an intrinsic viscosity of from 0.5 to 5.0 dl/g measured in decalin at 135.degree. C.
