ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a ceramic alloy composite composition having the alloy spontaneously infiltrated into the ceramic, with the preferred ceramic alloy composite composition being a Si.sub.3 N.sub.4 /TiN/Cu-Ti composite composition and a method for forming the ceramic alloy composite composition.
