ABSTRACT:
A cylinder chamber17at the front of a direct-acting type actuator section10is connected to a cylinder chamber37at the front of an oscillating type actuator section30through a sequence valve with check valve40. Further, a cylinder chamber18in the rear of the direct-acting type actuator section10is connected to a cylinder chamber38in the rear of the oscillating type actuator30through a stop valve50. Ports61and62are provided for connecting passages between the cylinder chamber37and the sequence valve with check valve40and between the cylinder chamber18and the stop valve50, respectively, for distribution control of a working fluid. According to the setting conditions of the respective valves40and50, the piston rod11can perform an ordinary reciprocating motion and a motion that combines rotation and advancement.
