ABSTRACT:
A composite electronic component provided is one with sufficient impact resistance. In this resonator1, a capacitive element3has a projection37projecting outside a piezoelectric element2, from a portion of the capacitive element3coinciding with a vibration region2a. The projection37is provided on each of two sides of the capacitive element3in a direction substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the capacitive element3. This causes the projections37of the capacitive element3to be buried in a mold resin5, whereby the capacitive element3is sufficiently fixed to the mold resin5even if the mold resin5is provided with a vibration space5acontaining the vibration region2aof the piezoelectric element2. Therefore, an improvement is made in impact resistance of the resonator1.
