ABSTRACT:
In a composite device having a laminate structure of a magnetic body ceramic layer1and a dielectric ceramic layer2,an intermediate layer3is interposed between the ceramic layers1and2.The intermediate layer3varies in composition in the direction of thickness thereof and exhibits substantially the same shrinkage as the magnetic body ceramic layer1at a joint thereof with this layer1when fired and substantially the same shrinkage as the dielectric ceramic layer2at a joint thereof with the layer2when fired, whereby the ceramic layers can be prevented from cracking or separating during firing.
