ABSTRACT:
Complexes which contain at least one glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol protein and at least one cholanic acid derivative of the formula I ##STR1## are suitable, inter alia, in enzyme tests and as aids in chemical reactions; where R.sup.1 is --NH--CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.3 or --NH--CH.sub.2 --COOH, R.sup.2 is NR.sup.3 R.sup.4 or --OR.sup.5 ; R.sup.3, R.sup.4 or R.sup.5 are a hydrogen atom, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.5)-alkyl, (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)-cycloalkyl, substituted acetyl, halogen, succinyl, substituted benzyl or substituted benzoyl.
