ABSTRACT:
A compact zoom lens has two lens groups including a first lens group having a positive refractive power and a second lens group having a negative refractive power, arranged in this order from an object. The second lens group is provided with a first lens made of a positive meniscus lens with a concave surface located adjacent to an object to be photographed, and a second negative lens with a concave surface adjacent to the object.
