ABSTRACT:
A compact zoom lens with three lens units of positive, positive and negative optical powers, respectfully. The front and the rear lens units move together for zooming and the middle unit moves independently. There is one aspheric surface in each of the three lens units. An aperture stop is located with the front lens unit.
