ABSTRACT:
In a combined cycle plant that combines a conventional thermal power plant and a gas turbine plant, there is provided a dump system1that connects a main steam pipe60with the condenser25and dumps the steam generated by the boiler10into the condenser25, bypassing the steam turbine; and HRSG HP turbine bypass system2and HRSG LP turbine bypass system3which connect the HP pipe70and LP pipe71of the heat recovery steam generator, respectively.
