ABSTRACT:
The effect of neuroprotective 5-HT.sub.2 -receptorantagonistic 4-fluoro-phenyl compounds is intensified synergistically by 5-HT.sub.1A -receptoragonistic aminomethyl-chromans. The combination of 5-HT.sub.1A -receptoragonistic aminomethyl-chromans and 5-HT.sub.2 -receptorantagonistic 4-fluoro-phenyl compounds is suitable for the treatment of cerebral ischaemias.
