ABSTRACT:
The present invention10discloses a ball12having a leash14forming an integral part therewith. The ball-leash is comprised of an exterior ball housing12in the form of a ball having flap26providing access to the leash14contained therein. The flap26covers leash access cap28that is seated within threaded aperture38within the housing12. The cap28is tethered30to the leash element14so that when the cap28is removed the leash element is withdrawn from the interior cavity24of the ball-leash. The leash element is comprised of pet strap14having a fastener20for attaching to the pet16with the strap fixedly attached to a tensioning member40within the housing12that will automatically retract the strap14into the housing as pressure is removed therefrom.
