ABSTRACT:
Ions are generated in a vacuum condition of an ion accelerator and injected hrough three aerodynamic windows to atmosphere pressure. In its travel through the windows the coil provides a magnetic field to prevent the ion beam from dissipating while it is traveling to the atmosphere.
