An exhaust manifold A includes, in its collecting part structure, a plurality of branch pipes2to5that are connected with a flange head1, a collecting part6that collects and contains exhaust-gas downstream side end portions2ato5aof the branch pipes2to5, a partition plate10that is arranged in a state where its exhaust-gas downstream side end portion10aprojects in the interior of the collecting part6, and a sensor attachment boss part9that is fixed by weld line X on a part of an outer circumferential portion of the collecting part6in a state where it faxes an insertion hole6fformed in the collecting part6. Insertion holes6gand6hare formed in a reduced diameter portion6eof the collecting part6of the exhaust manifold A, and the partition plate10is fixed by a weld line X5with a portion of the outer circumferential portion of the collecting part6in a state where portions10cand10dof both end portion of the partition plate10are inserted in and positioned to the insertion holes6gand6h.
