ABSTRACT:
A collapsible stool apparatus having a plurality of leg members attached to a wooden seat, and further including a swivel bracket for allowing the legs of the apparatus to be moved from a substantially flat, parallel closed position to an "X" configured open position. There is further included a handle member secured to the lower face of the seat for carrying the stool apparatus when it is in the closed position.
