ABSTRACT:
A collapsible lantern includes a base, a light source, a globe surrounding the light source, and a cap above the globe and the light source. The globe and light source are telescopingly mounted for movement between a lowered position in which the cap is adjacent the base and a raised position in which the cap is spaced above the base and the globe and light source extend between the base and the cap.
