The present invention provides a collapsible cup holder10having a plurality of hinges12intercoupling a plurality of rigid panels14and a handle16to form a collapsible ring18.When the ring18is in an open position, the cup holder10can receive and retain a disposable container. When the ring18is in a closed position, the size of the holder10is reduced. The ring18is uniquely collapsible to provide an exposed, rigid panel surface that can be used to prominently display a decorative feature.
