ABSTRACT:
A clip assembly for attachment to a body or housing, in particular a portable electronic apparatus, includes an elongated clip member and a leaf spring member for biasing the clip member toward the body or housing. The leaf spring member extends in a longitudinal direction of the clip member, and is attached at a first end to the clip member at a position between a first and second end of the clip member. A second end of the leaf spring member extends in the direction of the second end of the clip member to contact and exert pressure against the body or housing. The clip member is easy to assemble and can be releasably attached to the body or housing by snap fittings or similar devices.
