ABSTRACT:
A device that can be fixed to a cleat mounted on a boat, dock, deck, pier or wherever a cleat is available. The L hook or J hook of the device is placed in the cleat gap and the channel is placed over the sides and top of the cleat, the wing nut is tightened, fixing the cleat mounted channel and hook holding device to the top of the cleat and the sides of the cleat. The rod holder, lamp holder, umbrella holder is fixed to the cleat mounted channel and holding device and a fishing rod, lamp, umbrella is placed into the rod holder, lamp holder or umbrella holder.
