The lower end of the rotative brush12contacts the cleaning subject surface26. As the driving wheels14roll on the cleaning subject surface26, the rotative brush12rotates, while being guided by the sweep-up slope surface10e1of the slope surface forming portion10e, the dust28on the cleaning subject surface26is swept up by the rotation of the rotative brush12. The dust28is separated from the rotative brush12and received in the dust receiver10a. Substantially at the same time as this, the cleaning subject surface26can be wiped while pressing the sheet-like wiping member24against the cleaning subject surface26.
