A workpiece cradle and a clamp arm is provided, and an arm opening/closing cylinder15for opening and closing the clamp arm and the workpiece cradle are attached to a moving block13. To a workpiece-cradle driving cylinder23provided with a piston rod25for driving the moving block13, fluid is supplied from workpiece-cradle driving supply/discharge ports27aand27bformed in a manifold block21. To the moving block13, guide rods33aand33bare fixed and, to the arm opening/closing cylinder15, fluid is supplied, from arm driving supply/discharge ports34aand34bformed in the manifold block21, via hollow holes36aand36bin the guide rods33aand33band via fluid supply/discharge paths43aand43bin the moving block13.
