ABSTRACT:
A clamp1comprises a band3, a buckle5having a support surface18against which a long component wound by the band is held, and a clip6extending from the buckle5and secured to, e.g., a body panel. The buckle5comprises a pawl15for engaging ratchet teeth17on the band, a first guide25and a second guide26forming an insertion passage19for guiding the band3and restraining the band3inside the insertion passage19. The second guide26is formed in a shape by which the rear portion30of the insertion passage19including the outlet is parallel to the support surface18, and the first guide25is formed in a shape by which the front portion31of the insertion passage19including the inlet is connected to the rear portion30at an acute angle of inclination29with respect to the rear portion30.
