ABSTRACT:
A clamp (1), for gripping cables (2) issuing from an electric connector (3), is fitted to the insulating casing (4) of the connector (3), and has two jaws (21, 22), which are joined by a virtual hinge (23) to rotate between an open position and a closed position, and are kept in the closed position by a retaining device (49) formed in one piece with the jaws (21, 22); the clamp (1) also has an elastic parting device (30) interposed between the jaws (21, 22), spaced apart from the virtual hinge (23), and exerting elastic thrust on the jaws (21, 22) to push the jaws into the open position.
