ABSTRACT:
A scanning optical system comprises a motor driver circuit card for scanning and focusing a light beam emitted from a light source such as a laser oscillator to an object to be scanned such as a photoconductor drum through a deflector such as a polygon mirror and a focusing lens and driving a motor which drives the deflector, and the lens is mounted on the motor driver circuit card.
