ABSTRACT:
An isolator device to electrically insulate and isolate a separate component in a circuit board arrangement to allow for relatively fast and convenient diagnostic inspection of a circuit to locate failed components. The component lead is electrically insulated from the board circuitry to permit separate testing of the component's integrity.
