ABSTRACT:
A circuit having means responsive to a plurality of electric signals representative, respectively, of the speeds of a plurality of traction motors in a propulsion system for a traction vehicle, wherein the circuit provides a digital output signal having a frequency representative of the average speed of the respective motors.
