ABSTRACT:
The chuck assembly includes a chucking device having two pawls controlled by a press rod to move toward each other for loading a blade cartridge, a spring worked to return the pawl to its former position after the loading of the blade cartridge permitting the blade cartridge to be retained to the pawls, and a spring-supported balance rod on which the loaded blade cartridge is balanced.
