A new and distinct cultivar ofChrysanthemumplant named ‘Yocandle’, characterized by its upright plant habit; dark green-colored foliage; freely and uniformly flowering habit; anemone-type inflorescences that are about 7.6 cm in diameter; attractive bronze red-colored ray florets; strong and thick peduncles; and good postproduction longevity.
