A new variety ofChrysanthemumplant named ‘Festival Time Yellow Improved,’ having a dome capitulum of golden yellow decorative flowers with a contrasting orange center. The new variety ‘Festival Time Yellow Improved’ has an even branching habit with a good foliage presentation.
