A distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named (`Cleagar ng1`), characterized by its uniform plant habit, vigorous and upright growth habit; pompon inflorescences; bi-colored inflorescence appearance with red bronze adaxial ray floret surfaces and pale gold abaxial ray floret surfaces; small, but numerous inflorescences per plant; numerous ray florets per inflorescence; and good garden performance.
