ABSTRACT:
A chainsaw guidebar comprises an elongate guidebar body replaceably secured to a nose part. The guidebar body is provided with a central extension, the shape of which matches a corresponding forwardly tapering recess in the nose part. Portions of the nose part longitudinally overlap portions of the guidebar body.
