ABSTRACT:
Thiazoline derivatives represented by the general formula: ##STR1## wherein X.sub.1 represents hydrogen or methyl; Y.sub.1 and Y.sub.2 each represents hydrogen, halogen, C.sub.1.sub.-3 alkyl, C.sub.1.sub.-3 alkoxy or trifluoromethyl; R.sub.1 represents hydrogen, methyl, or ethyl; R.sub.2 represents C.sub.1.sub.-3 alkyl or C.sub.3.sub.-5 alkenyl and Z represents hydrogen, carboxy or carboxy ester group and its esters and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, synthesized by quaternization and acid-elimination reaction being useful as anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, analgesic and anti-pyretic agents.
