Compounds having the structural formula ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen or halogen, R.sup.1 is halogen, or trifluoromethyl R.sup.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, R.sup.3 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, and X is oxygen or methylene.
