ABSTRACT:
Apparatus including a building; and a system which includes a water line comprising a water supply line substantially permanently installed and plumbed inside the building for supplying water at a pressure in a first pressure range; a pump substantially permanently installed and plumbed inside the building, wherein the pump has an inlet operably attached to the water line and an outlet for delivering water at a pressure higher than the pressure in the first pressure range through a fluid line at a higher pressure than the pressure in the first pressure range, wherein the fluid conduit is substantially permanently installed and plumbed inside the building and is operably attached at one end to the pump outlet and operably connected to at least one system outlet; a connector for selectively, operatively connecting or disconnecting a spray wand to at least one system outlet; a cleaning chemical supplier for operably introducing a cleaning chemical into fluid passing through the fluid conduit; and a wireless remote control for selectively turning the pump on or off from a remote location.
