A process for producing cellulose solution with low viscosity of 6,000-12,000 poises is disclosed. The process comprises the steps of kneading and dissolving raw cellulose material into a solvent mixture and an anti-polymerization degrading agent to form a cellulose solution which is spun to a fiber or a film of regenerated cellulose.
