ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a dye salt of the formula ##STR1## WHEREIN R.sub.1 represents lower alkyl or lower alkyl substituted by hydroxyl, cyano, carbamoyl or lower alkoxy-carbonyl, R.sub.2 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, hydroxy-lower alkyl, cyano-lower alkyl, benzyl, cyclohexyl, phenyl or phenyl substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylsulfonyl, nitro, chlorine or bromine, R.sub.3 represents methyl or methoxy, R.sub.4 represents lower alkyl, cyano-lower alkyl, carbamoyl-lower alkyl or lower alkoxy-carbonyl-lower alkyl, and is bound to one of the two ring nitrogen atoms which are free from R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, Y.sup.- represents an anion and n represents 1 or 2, and the benzene ring A is unsubstituted or substituted by chlorine, bromine, nitro, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or lower alkylsulfonyl.
The new dyestuffs have yellow to golden yellow shades and exhibit excellent fastness to light, perspiration, washing and decatising.
