ABSTRACT:
The gas-phase hydrogenation of a feed containing at least 50% by weight of at least one C.sub.6 -C.sub.20 -olefin with a gas containing at least hydrogen over a catalyst is carried out by a process in which the feed is introduced as a liquid into the gas.
