A catalyst comprising alumina having greater than 0.4 cc/g pore volume in the range 30 to 200 Angstroms pore diameter and catalytically effective amounts of Ni and Mo.
A catalyst comprising gamma alumina, but essentially no eta alumina; further containing catalytically effective amounts of Ni and Mo.
The method of making a catalyst having Ni and Mo on a substrate, comprising first depositing the Ni on the substrate and then the Mo.
