ABSTRACT:
A composite material that includes from about 18 wt % to about 22 wt % of a thermosetting polymeric resin; and from about 82 wt % to about to about 78 wt % of an inorganic filler, wherein the inorganic filler comprises a mixture of particles wherein about 20 parts by weight of the mixture has an average particle size of about 10 μm or larger, about 15 parts by weight of the mixture has an average particle size of from less than 10 μm to about 5 μm, and about 10 parts by weight of the mixture has an average particle size of from about 3 to about 1 μm.
