Cartridge for bulling mine holes, which is of cylindrical shape, is made of n elastic material and possesses a zone 7 capable of deforming axially and a zone 6 capable of deforming radially, under the effect of an axial or radial pressure exerted on the cartridge or under the effect of an internal pressure variation, in which cartridge the volume of the zone 7 capable of deforming axially is greater than the volume of the zone 6 capable of deforming radially.
