Cardioactive bispidones and bispidines of the formula ##SPC1##
Wherein R is =C=O or --CH.sub.2 -- and R' and R" are alkyl mono- or di-substituted by phenyl, made by a Mannich reaction from formaldehyde, piperidones of the formula ##SPC2##
And amines of the formula R"--NH.sub.2.
