ABSTRACT:
There is provided a card connector device in which the length and the width thereof can be reduced. The connector device includes an insertion portion40into which a card1having a notch portion2is inserted, and a detecting switch21for detecting that the card1inserted into the insertion portion40is mounted at a predetermined card mounting position, wherein the detecting switch21is arranged so that at least a portion of the detecting switch21is positioned in a space defined by the notch portion2of the card1mounted at the predetermined card mounting position.
